Every request gets a response within one business day. Emergencies are handled separately, outside plan hours.

Hours don't roll over

Included hours reset each month. Anything beyond your plan is billed hourly, or we'll suggest the next tier up.

How do I request an update?

Email hello@kineta.studio with what you need. You'll get a confirmation with a timeline within one business day. Email — not text — so nothing gets lost.

What counts as a content edit?

Swapping text, photos, hours, menu items, prices, team members — changes to what your site says. New pages, new features, or design changes count as development time instead.

How fast is turnaround?

You'll hear back within one business day. Most small edits are done within 1–2 business days; larger work gets a clear timeline up front.

What if I need more than my included hours?

We'll tell you before doing anything extra. You choose: bill the additional work hourly, or move up to the next plan if it keeps happening.

What about emergencies?

If your site is down or something is seriously broken, email with URGENT in the subject. Emergency fixes are handled right away and billed separately from plan hours.
